Cancellation Policy

You have 24 hours prior to the scheduled tutoring time to cancel with a full refund. If you cancel after the deadline, you will be given a make-up credit for one agreed upon time slot. You are allowed to accumulate one makeup credit. After that you will be charged for cancelled sessions without a makeup credit being issued.
